Established in Oct. 6th 2006,Tangyin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale iron & steel enterprise jointly invested be Hebei Iron & Steel Group, Tangshan C., Ltd. and Hebei Yinshui Industrial Group Co.,Ltd., with the design production capacity of 3 million tons and the total investment of 4.2 billion RMB, of which Tangsteel's investment ratio is 51% while Yinshui's is 49%.
In March 2012, the co***ny, in order to actively respond to the macroeconomic policy of adjusting the economic structure and improve the technological level of equipment manufacturing, self-raised funds of 350 million RMB, of which the constrution investment is 250 million RMB and the floating capital is 100 million RMB, to build the welding wire project in Kaipin Modern Equipment Industrial Park. The project includes 18 coursing drawing production lines, 44 fine drawing production lines, 6 concentrated copper plating production lines, 60 sets of winding machines, 1 fully automatic packing machine and etc. The design annual capacity reaches 90,000 tons of CO2 gas shielded welding wire and 10,000 tons of submerged arc welding wire.
